This non-renewable award of $1,000 will be awarded to an incoming international student who plans to attend a StudyIowa member College or University on an F-1 student visa.
The award recipient will be chosen based on his or her academic record, essays and recommendation letters. The 2024 application is due by 11:59 PM Central Standard Time on May 1, 2024.
Freddy miranda professional development grant
Professional Development Grants are awarded to applicants employed at StudyIowa institutions in international recruitment/admissions and/or international student services who require financial support to take part in international education professional development and networking opportunities such as professional conferences or workshops. The 2024 application is due by 11:59 PM Central Standard Time on May 1, 2024.
